Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information ElagoShop ships products within India and offers a range of shipping options to suit your needs. We strive to process and dispatch your orders promptly. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges Shipping charges depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order. You will be notified of the shipping costs before you confirm your order at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

3. Shipping Time

After processing, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. All the products will be delivered within 5-7 business days. 

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions We currently offer shipping only within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. ElagoShop is not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If you receive a damaged product or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at elagoindia@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the courier service and resolve it by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

8. Shipping Delays While we make every effort to ship orders on time, certain circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, or strikes) may cause delays. We will inform you of any significant delays.

9. Delivery Locations We currently offer delivery to most locations across India. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited shipping options.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order at elagoindia@gmail.com.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that are used, damaged, wrongfully handled, or customized will not be eligible for return or refund.
Only online orders shall approved by quality team will be eligible for refund.
How to Return a Product
Return Process for Customers: Log in to your account, go to the order page, and follow the return process.
Return Process for Guest Customers: Log-In or Sign Up and enter your Order Number and Email/Phone Number to find your order.
Online Request: You can place your return request online without the need to call or email.
Quality Assurance
All products are documented and quality-checked before dispatch.
Returned items will undergo a quality check once received. Only after approval will they be eligible for a refund.
