Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Return Policy – ELAGO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Cancellations can be requested within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
However, a cancellation may not be possible if:
   the order has already been forwarded to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, and he shipping process has begun, or
 the product is already out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to decline the product at the time of delivery

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please report the issue to the ELAGO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDcustomer support team within 7 days of delivery.

 

Your request will be processed after the seller/merchant reviews and confirms the reported issue.

If the product received does not match the description on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. After evaluating your complaint, ELAGO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED will take an appropriate action as per policy.


Products that include a manufacturer’s warranty should be serviced directly through the respective manufacturer.
Please contact the manufacturer as per the warranty terms provided with the product.
